Got this to brew on a lazy Sunday afternoon and the sweet, earthy balance is exactly what the description promised. The thyme gives it a mellow kick that makes the black tea feel more like a slow ritual than a quick cuppa.
The thyme really comes through in the aroma before you even take a sip, and the earthy sweetness lingers nicely on the tongue. I’ve been brewing it in the mornings and it’s become my quiet ritual.
Steeped a pot for an afternoon pick-me-up and that sweet, earthy balance hit just right, especially with a spoonful of honey. The loose leaf holds up to two infusions without turning bitter, which is more than I can say for most teas I've tried lately.
