Darjeeling Classic Caddy

The first steep smells like a walk through a mountain garden, all light and airy. It tastes delicate but has enough body to hold up to a second cup. I will be ordering this one again.

Steeped it for exactly three minutes per the tin's suggestion and the floral aroma filled my whole kitchen—like a garden in a cup. The leaves held up for a second brew that was still delicate and smooth, which surprised me for a black tea.

The first steep poured a light, almost translucent amber, and the floral notes really do come through like the mountain air description suggests. It’s a gentle, smooth cup that doesn’t get bitter even when I left the bag in a little too long during a work call.
