English Breakfast Seidenpyramiden

I was a bit skeptical of pyramid bags, but these brew a proper malty cup without any bitterness, even when I forget it's steeping. The whole box lasted me a few weeks of twice-daily mugs, and it's become my go-to morning routine.

Brewed a pot for my afternoon slump and the leaves unfurl nicely in those pyramid bags—second steep is still surprisingly rich. The Queen knew what she was doing with this one, it’s my new daily ritual.

Steeped three minutes and the liquor came out a proper amber with that malty kick I look for first thing in the morning. The pyramid shape lets the leaves unfurl nicely, so the second cup still has real flavor instead of turning watery.
