Brewed a cup after dinner and the fennel-aniseed combo is exactly the warm, spicy comfort I was hoping for. The 250g pouch has lasted me way longer than a box of tea bags, and the loose leaves release a smoother flavor without any bitterness.
The pouch is generous, and the aroma when you open it is straight-up warm spice—fennel and aniseed really come through. It brews smooth with a subtle celery note on the finish, and I've been reaching for it every evening since it arrived.
