I've been brewing this before bed most nights since it arrived, and the peach note softens beautifully as it cools. The leaves hold up for three steeps without losing that honeyed sweetness, which makes the 75g caddy feel like it lasts forever.
The caddy tin is a nice touch, keeps the leaves fresh, and the dry leaf aroma is pure peach. Steeped, it's deep and mellow with that honey finish that lingers long after the sip.
First brew hit me with that honey sweetness, but it’s the peach undertone that lingers so nicely on the tongue. The leaves are deep-fermented and dark, unfolding beautifully over three steeps, and the 75g caddy is just right for my weekly ritual. This is the most complex oolong I’ve had in a while.
