Steeped a cup this afternoon after lunch and the mint aroma alone felt like a mini-escape, the loose leaf unfurling nicely in the pot. It’s smooth, not at all bitter, and the calming effect is real — I’m already reaching for another glass.
The water here is hard and the tap taste is brutal, so I keep a pot of this on the counter all day. The calming mint note really comes through without any bitterness, even after it steeps for a while.
