HONEY POMELO FLOWERING TEA

The pomelo sweetness comes through without being cloying, and the green tea base keeps it light and refreshing. I’ve been brewing one flower per cup and it steeps beautifully, though I wish the jar I used was clear so I could watch it open.

The little dried flower balls are so fun to watch unfurl in my glass teapot, and the tea itself is genuinely refreshing. I've already gone through half the tin of 20 flowers in a week and just ordered more.
