The blooming flower opens up beautifully in my glass teapot, and the jasmine scent is gentle without being overpowering. Each of the 20 flowers brews a pale, sweet cup that tastes as delicate as it looks, and I’ve already ordered a second box.
The first time I tried jasmine tea, it was too perfumy — but these amaranth blossoms open like a tiny underwater garden, and the flavor stays gentle and sweet to the last sip. Already ordered a second box.
I brewed it in a clear glass teapot and the amaranth flowers opening up as they steeped was honestly mesmerizing. The jade infusion tastes sweet but not heavy, and one flower gave me two nice cups of flavor before fading.
