The moment I brewed this, the sweet, floral aroma actually did smell like fresh mountain air—it’s such a delicate, complex flavor. It’s become my quiet afternoon ritual, and the leaves kept their character for a second steep, which I didn’t expect.

The floral note really comes through strong when you brew it hot, almost like sipping fresh mountain air. Steeped it a bit longer than usual and it stayed sweet without turning bitter, which surprised me. Only wish the bag had a bit more to it for the price.
