The stone-ground texture dissolves into this sweet, fruity froth without a single clump, and that vivid green color tells you it’s fresh before you even sip. It’s become my quiet afternoon ritual—just a whisk, hot water, and two minutes of calm.
I’ve been steeping this matcha every morning for two weeks now, and the sweet, fruity notes come through even without sweetener—stone-ground makes a real difference. It whisked up smooth with no clumps, and the freshness holds up well in the tin.
The vibrant green color is the first thing you notice, and it really is that fresh. I made a cup this morning and the sweet, fruity notes came through just as described, no bitterness at all.
