Earl Grey Silken Pyramids

I’ve tried a lot of Earl Greys and the citrus here is more subtle, not gritty like some cheaper ones. The smooth black tea base steeps up nicely without any bitterness, even when I forget it for a minute. This is my new afternoon staple.
