Masala Chai Silken Pyramids

Steeped a cup this morning and the whole kitchen smelled like a proper Indian kitchen—cardamom and clove really shine. The pyramid shape lets the leaves unfurl nicely, so the ginger and black pepper warmth builds with each sip. It's become my afternoon ritual, plain and simple.
